Reservations required to access pool
We are pleased to announce that the State of Virginia has provided approval for our community to begin the process of reopening our amenities. This approval requires us to limit the number of people who can use amenities. The exact number of residents who can access an amenity at any time is based on the square footage of the room or area. In order to comply with State rules and regulations, we have developed an amenity reservation system, which will allow our residents to begin using our amenities again while ensuring we meet the State’s rules.
IMPORTANT: This amenity reservation process is per person, so if multiple individuals from your apartment or home want to use an amenity, they will each need to complete this process to secure a reservation.
This booking system is set for the maximum number of people at one time allowed to use an amenity in compliance with State regulations.
The pool has a three hour reservation time limit. Our team will close the pool for 15 minutes every three hours to spray and disinfect the furniture with a cleaning solution. Everyone will be required to leave the pool area during this cleaning period and the next group of residents will be permitted to enter the area after the cleaning is concluded.
At this time, we are asking you to limit your bookings to no more than five per resident at any time. We also request that you book no more than one session per day so more residents can enjoy the pool at peak times. If we find that there are more than five bookings per person, we will be cancelling those appointments and alerting you of the change. If you know you already have more than 5 reservations, please make the appropriate cancellations by 5pm on June 11th, or we will be cancelling reservations for you.

How to Access the Amenity Reservation System
Please follow these steps to access the amenity reservation system:
• Visit our community’s website (https://www.foxridgeliving.com/) and hover over the Resident Tab.
• A drop down menu will appear and please select Reserve Amenities to the reservation page.
• To reserve an amenity, click on the Book Now box in the center of the screen.
• This page will display the four community amenities that you can reserve.
• Click on the Select button to choose which amenity you want to reserve.
• Click on the available/open times to select a timeframe.
• Enter your name, email, and phone number and check the box that you agree with the terms and conditions to select the booking.
• You will then receive an e-mail confirming your reservation.
