Fitness Center Now Open with Reservation System
In order to comply with State rules and regulations, we have developed an amenity reservation system, which will allow our residents to begin using our amenities again while ensuring we meet the State’s rules.
Where is the Fitness Center located?
The fitness center (a smoke free facility) is located at 2210 Tall Oaks Drive and is on the 2nd floor. The fitness center is available for qualified Foxridge/Hethwood residents. Persons under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. It is the responsibility of the parent or guardian to make sure criteria are met.
Who can use the Fitness Center?
The fitness center is available for use by qualified Foxridge/Hethwood apartment home residents and members of the Hethwood Foundation. Residents must have a valid reservation during Fitness Center operating hours to visit the Fitness Center. All residents under the age of sixteen (16) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Are guests allowed at the Fitness Center?
Unfortunately at this time, we are unable to accommodate guests.
What are the Fitness Center hours?
The Fitness Center is open to reservations Monday-Friday: 6am-1pm & 2pm-8pm and Saturday-Sunday 7am-1pm & 2pm-6pm. Reservation timeslots are available in one hour increments. 55 minutes will be used for exercise with 5 minutes being allotted from final cleaning and exiting the facility. At this time, residents are only allowed to sign-up for one 1-hour timeslot per day, with a maximum of 5 total reservations at a time. The Fitness Center is closed each day from 1pm-2pm for sanitation practices.
How do I reserve a spot at the Fitness Center?
Please follow these steps to access the amenity reservation system:
1. Visit https://www.foxridgeliving.com/ and hover over the Resident Tab.
2. A drop down menu will appear and please select “Reserve Amenities” to the reservation page.
3. To reserve an amenity, click on the “Book Now” box in the center of the screen.
4. Click on the select button to choose the “Fitness Center” or other amenity you would like to reserve.
5. Click on the available/open times to select a time frame.
6. Enter your name, email, and phone number and check the box that you agree with the terms and conditions to select
the booking.
7. You will receive an email confirming your reservation.
8. Please bring a copy of your reservation with you (either digital or hard copy) to the Fitness Center.
How many reservations are allowed at a time?
Each resident is allowed up to FIVE (5) reservations (each taking place on a separate day) at any given time. You may not sign-up for multiple time slots on the same day.
How far in advance can I make a reservation?
Reservations are available up to a week in advance. If you find you are no longer able to make your reservation, please cancel your reservation through the provided registration email.
Is the Fitness Center Supervised?
While Amenity Center attendants will be present at the center, equipment usage is unsupervised. All persons using these facilities do so at their own risk and sole responsibility.
Am I required to wear a mask?
Face covering/masks will be required when entering the facility, between exercises, and exiting the facility. Face masks are not required when ACTIVELY exercising.
What clothing am I allowed to wear at the Fitness Center?
All persons will wear the appropriate clothing (shirt, pants, shoes) while at the Fitness Center.
How and when do I need to clean the equipment?
All persons are required to use a cleansing wipe before and after use of ALL equipment. Five wipe stations have been installed within the facility for resident use. Hand sanitizing stations are also located within the facility for resident use.
What are the social distancing guidelines?
Social distancing of at least 10 feet must be maintained at all times.
Am I allowed to play my own music?
All persons will wear headphones, ear buds, etc. when listening to personal music. No music is to be played without the above mentioned devices.
What do I do if there is an equipment malfunction?
In case of equipment malfunctions please report any issues to the Amenity Center Attendant. A sign will be placed on any malfunctioning equipment and will be removed once the issue is resolved. Please call the Hethwood office at 552-5252 to report any malfunction. Please call emergency maintenance at 540-951-1223 for anything that may present a hazard.
