$75 Rental fee for 4 hours or less
$100 Rental fee for more than 4 hours 
$300 Refundable deposit fee
$35 Lockout fee

The Hethwood Community offers The Huntsman Clubhouse for residents to reserve and rent for special functions. It is located next to the Huntsman Swimming Pool. The Briarwood Clubhouse is unavailable due to the new amenity center construction.  

Rental Hours 

Monday - Friday: 10:00 AM to 1:00 AM
Saturday - Sunday: 2:00 PM - 1:00 AM

Notice: The Huntsman Clubhouse is currently unavailable for rental due to COVID-19 safety precautions. We will update this page, as well as send out an email to the community when we are able to begin accepting rentals again.
