Hethwood's Amenities
Clubhouse Rental
The Hethwood Community offers two clubhouses for residents to reserve and rent for special functions. They are located next to the Briarwood and Huntsman Swimming Pools. The cost for rental is $50 and the deposit is $300.
Consider the Briarwood Clubhouse for your special event. It is easy to clean, the furniture can be moved around for dancing, and it is equipped with a range, refrigerator, and microwave for your convenience. It is available after 7PM most evenings during pool season. The Huntsman Clubhouse is reserved for non-alcoholic events such as meetings, classes, showers etc. It has a full kitchen and is available for daytime use during office hours. The clubhouses are great for hosting larger groups that may not fit in your home comfortably. This is a privilege for our residents and it is hoped that any rentals will be treated that way. Residents are responsible for returning the clubhouses to their original condition with furniture in place, cleaned completed (resident to provide own cleaning supplies) and trash removed to a dumpster. The clubhouse should be left properly secured, with key turned in immediately after the contracted time and clubhouse ready for the next inspection and rental.
Hours for Rental:
Huntsman Clubhouse - Weekdays (9:00am - 5:00pm) Saturday (10:00am to 4:30pm) Sunday (1:00pm - 4:30pm)
Briarwood Clubhouse - During the Swim Season - Available after 7:00pm - 1:00am
*Non-Swim Season - Available for Daytime and Nighttime Hours
Rental Fees and Deposits:
Huntsman Clubhouse - $50.00 Rental Fee/$300.00 Deposit (No Alcohol Allowed)
Briarwood Clubhouse - $50.00 Rental Fee/$300.00 Deposit

Newly Remodeled Hethwood Fitness Center
The Hethwood Fitness Center is located in 8400B within Foxridge Apartments. The center is an amenity for the residents of Hethwood and Foxridge Apartments to enjoy.
There is no fee to use the facility, however, all users must have a key to access. Please stop by the Hethwood Foundation Office to be issued a key to the Weight Room/Fitness Center. Should a replacement key need to be issued, a $25.00 fee will be charged.
Hethwood Fitness Center Hours: Monday - Friday 8 am - 9 pm; Saturday 10 am - 9 pm; Sunday 1 pm - 9 pm.

Nightly Suite Rentals Close to Home!
Friends or family coming to visit? Why have them stay at a hotel when they can be close by at Foxridge Apartments, right here in Hethwood. Contact the Foxridge Welcome Center (951-1221) for information on two and three-bedroom Nightly Suites. Available for nightly, weekly, or weekend stays, the Nightly Suites are equipped with all the comforts of home. Special event weekends are in high demand, so call early for availability.
